Dale has installed a new siding on the south-west side of Midway Circle. This allows visitors to walk over to Lillyville without their train having to take the Rio Grande loop. This siding will also be used for Triennial shuttle train loading as this location is shady and more centrally located to the check-in activities. The below photo is looking the west – Lillyville is visible in the distance and the pavillion is visible to the left. In the foreground is the remains of the track old track alignment.
